Building Personal Projects with a Purpose
I'm a mechanical engineering student at Duke University, currently working toward an aerospace specialization. In my free time outside of class, I like to build personal engineering projects.
These projects help me improve my CAD abilities, electrical work, mechanical components, physics, and problem-solving, all while having fun and doing what I love. I'm always open to learning new things or improving on the old.

Led a group of 8 incoming students through first-week adjustment and activities, and remain an ongoing mentorship contact for them throughout their time at Duke.

Summer Camp Counselor
Led a group of campers through daily activities for three consecutive summers, working specifically with kids with disabilities and ADHD to help them feel at home at camp.
2013 – Present
Volunteer, Silk Hope Catholic Worker
Long-term volunteer at a family-run homeless shelter in Siler City, NC — helping with community meals and household chores, and building relationships with guests across diverse backgrounds.
